Overview

DHL Canada is looking for a Senior Human Resources Representative to join their team in Canada! This experienced professional will have extensive knowledge in Human Resources, providing expertise in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and performance management.

Duties/Responsibilities

This position requires a proactive, organized individual who can lead a dynamic HR team.

The Senior Human Resources Representative will be responsible for developing and implementing effective HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with the overall business strategy.

This individual will lead the recruitment and hiring process, from job postings to onboarding, and manage employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievances.

Additionally, they will ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, manage employee benefits programs and ensure they are up to date, and provide advice and guidance to management and employees on HR policies and procedures.

The Senior Human Resources Representative will facilitate training and development programs to ensure employees are properly trained and developed, establish and maintain effective communication and relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders, monitor and analyze employee data to identify trends and recommend solutions to HR issues, and develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in English (US) language.

Required Skills/Abilities
